Work with Kristin

Kristin offers individual sessions both in-person and on the phone. Each session with Kristin is a unique as each individual. Kristin draws upon her varied trainings and over two decades of professional experience in this work to tailor one-on-one readings to the specific needs of her clients. Kristin encourages clients to write up a list of questions which can range from life and spiritual path, health overview, diet and physical fitness, sleep issues, specific health concerns, professional directions finances, relationships, family dynamics and healing from trauma.

 

Sessions are conducted in person and over the phone. Over 90% of Kristin’s clients are long distance and this does not diminish the reading.

Seeing the body, the physical anatomy and spiritual anatomy of her client, discussing issues present with the client’s higher self and guides and receiving messages directly form the body, Kristin generates and detailed list of recommendations to address the issues present, which may include; herbal teas, tinctures, supplements, diet, sleep support, integrative body work/modalities, exercise, spiritual practice and insights for work and relationships.
Clients work with Kristin in a single reading, or become repeat clients checking in as needed.

Kristin also works with a large number of clients on a regular ongoing basis to address chronic health issues and/or their spiritual path, receiving direction from Guidance for homework to get them to a greater degree of health or advance them on their own path of spiritual evolution.
